WHEN WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION START?

Sign up now and your subscription will start with the next issue. It will not include the current issue, although can you order that too. Your confirmation email will tell you when your subscription starts and ends.

CAN I BUY A SUBSCRIPTION AS A GIFT?

Yes. Simply fill in the delivery details with those of the person you are buying the magazine for.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

By credit card or debit card through our payment provider, Stripe.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ISSUE HASN’T ARRIVED, OR IS DAMAGED?

Email us at subscriptions@thehappyreader.com with your address and we will send you a replacement.

HOW WILL YOU ACKNOWLEDGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order has been processed.

WAS MY ORDER PLACED EVEN IF I WASN’T SENT A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Most likely. Check your account on the site and then your spam inbox and if there’s nothing there, check with us at subscriptions@thehappyreader.com.

CAN I GET A VAT INVOICE?

Magazine subscriptions are zero-rated for VAT. If you would like a receipt, you can print out your confirmation email containing all the relevant information.

I’M MOVING, HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY SUBSCRIPTION RUNS OUT?

If you have chosen to pay twice a year, your subscription will continue until you choose to cancel it or your billing details are no longer valid. Otherwise, you will be informed by email when you are receiving your last issue.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

If you’d like to cancel your subscription, you can do so on the ‘account’ page on the site.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PAYMENT BOUNCES?

We’ll email you to let you know, and you’ll need to re-subscribe if you’d like to continue receiving magazines.
